“Travelling to France this summer? Get the Nintendo 3DS Guide: Louvre software!” I n a shocking and appalling move, Nintendo of America is suggesting that you should travel to France this summer through their critically-unacclaimed My Nintendo service. Im least im glad america didnt get the zelda treatment this time.By LUDWIG VON KOOPA - Thanks, My Nintendo? The only ones im not a fan of in english from that video you posted in comparison to the spanish ones are Mona (he sounds amazing in spanish, and in english just a little meh) and Fronk that, if the game description is anything to go by (his card in the game), needs to sound like the most monotone and bored person ever, while in the english one sounds super enthusiastic when he is trying to teach 9 volt math. I glad that english and spanish ana have the most adorable little girl voice, and that 18 volt sound in both happy stupid. It reminds me a ton to the 90's translation and dub the simpsons had in spain thanks to the incredible Carlos Revilla (may he rest in peace :( ).Īnd seems that Nuntendo went with this one the disney way trying to get in every country voices that sound in every language as similar as possible. The work nintendo Spain did for the castillian spanish version was also stellar, the translation is incredible because it uses a ton of moddisms and typical spanish phrases that you would not see normally on a just by the books translation. half the challenge of the microgame missions was finding where the microgame was to begin with. let you go directly to a minigame or stagte from the mission screen. Should have brought back Touched's Piano & Wario Paint! I liked the toys in Touched & Twisted, as one-note as they may be. It was 80% alarms, 10% love tester, 9% 3DSes. I love the touch screen microgames the most in the series so you're makig it really hard to defend this, game THe former was totally fine to play in Touched and this one is just "good luck!" And the cake is such a time investment and requires a fair bit of precision. That said the worst microgames by far were the draw japanese characters game and kat & ana's cake boss. The twist league stages often took multiple tries for their high score challenges and several times i had to stop and go into the index to practice the games to see how the heck they're supposed to work. I have the same issue with the gryo games here that I did in twisted: they just never feel "right." A few of them dont feel intuitive and even the ones that make perfect sense I felt like it never clicked. THe missions were brilliant to extend life, even if I didn't want to go for all of them. I really enjoyed my time with the game, it was just such a nice polished experience. Well regardless, by far my favorite in the series. Do the cards get removed from the pool if you max them out, I wonder? But I am kind of tempted to keep going and see if I can max out everyone's SP. I got all the cards and beat the unique opponents (plus some reruns while getting coins), so I'm about done with the game. They're all very easy to stomp with my overpowered A-Ranks now but I think I'll use C-Ranks so they can actually level up. They also get a bit harder, for example the Astronaut Family had 560 health the first time but now they have 840. Doesn't help that the multitude of reviews that say stuff like "there's not much longevity to the game if you're not a high score chaser" clearly did not unlock the mode and thus will turn off people who would have otherwise been thrilled with this kind of addition.Įdit: Also what do you know, I guess I wasn't quite at 78 yet because I finally fought the last unique enemy at #81, after that they loop but another skull gets added to their profile to show it's your second go around. I agree that it should have at least been hinted at, it was an awesome surprise but it's kind of bizarre that one of the game's best features is something you could easily miss if you're not a completionist. I think SP attacks are random, but the chance increases the higher the character's SP gauge gets by collecting duplicates.
